2022年に製作した縦ぶりキーを紹介します。最初の本格的な電鍵となりました。
ローレットネジ、ロッドなど真鍮の端材から削り出しました。つまみは3Dプリンターによる成形です。台座はアフリカ産パドックという赤い木をウレタン塗装し、さらに鉄をはかせて安定させました。製作からおよそ一年が経とうとしていますが、しっかりと動作してくれています。
Here are the vertical key I produced in 2022. This was the first real morse code key. Knurled screws and rods were machined from brass scraps. The knob was molded by a 3D printer. The base is made of red African paddock wood, coated with urethane, and based with steel to stabilize it.
It has been about a year since the production, and it is still working well.
