GHD社の特別仕様の縦振り電鍵GT-599Aです。台座にはワシントン条約で入手しにくくなった黒檀が使用されています。もう販売はされてないようです。機構はGT501Aとほぼ同じですが、木琴を叩いているような独特の打鍵感があります。実際の交信でも使用頻度の高いお気に入りのキーです。
This is GHD’s special edition GT-599A vertical swinging morse key. The base is made of ebony, which has become hard to obtain due to the Washington Convention. It does not seem to be sold anymore. The mechanism is almost the same as that of the GT501A, but the key have a unique feel as if I were striking a xylophone. It is my favorite key that is used frequently in actual radio communication.
