ロストワックスによる鋳造にチャレンジしています。オークションで手に入れたインジェクターを始めて使ってみました。3Dプリンターで出力したパーツをシリコンで型取りしワックスを射出してみました。ワックスが流れる経路を確保するのにてこずりましたが、後は手直しでなんとかなるでしょう。下は、インジェクターのクールダウン中の写真です。
I am trying my hand at lost wax casting. I first tried using an injector I got at an auction, and I used a silicone mold of a 3D printed part to eject the wax. It was a bit of a challenge to get the wax to flow in the right path, but I’m sure I’ll be able to figure out the rest with some tweaking. Below is a picture of the injector during cool down.
